Adorable little bucket style purse and matching wristlet is perfect for a date night, prom, wedding, or just for fun. Clever placement of petals guarantees that a flower blooms each time the drawstring is pulled closed. Wristlet is just big enough for an iPod, lipstick, credit cards, or spare change. Made from three fat quarters. Fully lined.

MATERIALS YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE YOUR OWN:
100% cotton, non-directional fabrics recommneded.
- Three coordinating fat quarters (approx. 18" x 20")
- 1/4 yd 42" wide fusible fleece (1/2 yd 20" wide)
- 1/2 yd 20" wide medium weight fusible interfacing
- 2 - 3/4"-1" buttons for handle (shank-style work best)
- 6" piece of hook-and-loop tape
- 2 - 3/8" buttons for wristlet flower centers
- 1 yd cording or ribbon for drawstring
- Two large-hole beads for drawstring ends (optional)
- 1 carabineer or clip for key ring loop (optional)
- Matching thread
Pattern is in a convenient booklet format and contains complete, accurate, and easy to follow instructions with lots of diagrams and pull out pattern sheets. Great project for confident/advancing beginners or a make-in-a-day project for experienced quilters.
